Sparo Return & Refund Policy
At SPARO®, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below to ensure a smooth return process.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges on products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at surajp4028@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 7982624533 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be processed only if the product is defective, damaged, or if we made an error in your order (e.g., incorrect product or size).
Products that are used, damaged, or not in original condition are not eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items, such as sale or promotional products, may not be eligible for refunds. Please check the product description at the time of purchase.
5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, we may not be able to process the cancellation.
